No pressure.Feel the feelings. When fresh off a ghosting, the best thing you can do for yourself is to allow yourself to feel all the things. Dont try to figure it out. Honestly, youll never know what happened. Phone a friend. Walk it off. Treat yourself. Notice any patterns.
Is it OK to ghost someone you havent met?
The general consensus seems to be that if you match with someone and they stop talking to you, even if its immediately, thats ghosting. Honestly though — and this may be a highly controversial opinion — I disagree. I dont think you can be ghosted by someone youve never met.
