Ballet isnt just for kids, or even teenagers and young, fit, working adults. Everyone knows ballet is very hard. Dont worry or be discouraged if you dont get a step on the first try. Remember, professional dancers who have been dancing for 20 or 30 years do the same steps every single day that you do.
